Buzzo Bunifazziu, a 10-hectare vineyard planted on clay-limestone soils, is located on the limestone plateau of Bonifacio. In addition to the possibility of buying red, white or rosé wine, you can also visit the cellar and discover the estate.
Description
For the Buzzo family, making wine is a family affair. This story continues with Thierry, Vincent Buzzo’s son, who launched his business in 2010 on the family property, not far from Cala Longa and Sant’Amanza.
It is on these same plots of land that numerous wine presses cut into the limestone rock dating back more than 800 years have been discovered. This proves that Bonifacio was already a Genoese colony when vines were grown.
Today, Thierry and Vincent subordinate themselves to the terroir by letting it reveal its authenticity through phytotherapy methods, thus avoiding the use of oenological inputs.
Prices at the cellar vary between 13 € and 21 €.
