Nestled in the heart of Sant ‘Amanza, the Herb Garden is a special spot in Bonifacio. Marc Ceselia and Charlène Melou mainly cultivate edible flowers and aromatic herbs.
Description
These flowers cultivated with love and a few vegetables, are used to produce atypical products with surprising and addictive flavors: chutneys, salsas, flavored oils. Charlène and Marc work the land according to the rules of permaculture and have recently set up a laboratory which allows them to experiment and produce on the spot in the spirit of sustainable agriculture.
