The Sorba bakery has been a family enterprise for over 4 generations.  Located next to the Saint Erasme church on the marina of Bonifacio, you will discover 8 varieties of Canistrellu, 5 varieties of fugazzi, the famous Pain des Morts, ritually prepared for All Saints Day and which today has become a classic among the local pastries.  The fritters and tarts made with brocciu cheese (ewe’s curd), the specialties made with chestnut flour and orange blossom water are amongst the varieties you will find in this laboratory… there is a second bakery in the medieval town, rue Saint Dominique.
