You will reach Pertusatu Cape either taking the Campu Romanilu path, or by parking at the Pertusatu semaphore. From there, after a half-hour walk you will arrive at the lighthouse. Anecdotally, this is the second lighthouse in Corsica since 1884! Automated since 1995 and property of the Coastline Conservation Authority, it is today not open to the public but constitutes a point of interest to visit for those searching for breath taking panoramas! From afar, the archipelago of the Lavezzi islands and our facing sister island, Sardinia and the Maddalena islands; below the rocky point of Saint-Antoine, its beach and it marine cave called “l’Orca”. And suddenly, the sensation of being at the end of the world will invade you!
