From the commercial port of Bonifacio, take a trip to Santa Teresa di Gallura, a small charming village in Northern Sardinia. It is only 12 km from Bonifacio, about an hour by boat; several rotations are programmed daily all year round.

For food lovers: don’t miss a “buon caffé ristretto” a small very strong Italian coffee on a sunny terrace, a typical local dish, la zuppa gallurese” – a bread soup with meat and pecorino, accompanied by a glass of white wine, the Vermentino di Gallura with it delicate aroma of fresh flowers.

For those who have a couple of days and a ca,r don’t miss the nearby Capo Testa and its Vallée de la Lune, the Esmeralda coast as well as its hikes and beaches. You can also take a boat from the port of Santa Teresa to visit the National Marine Park of the archipelago of the Maddalena, stretching from Northern Sardinia to the extreme South of Corsica.
