The Bonifacio Municipal Tourist Office processes personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) concerning you when using this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). As a data controller, we respect privacy and protect the personal data of users of our Site.

We strive to take reasonable technical measures to prevent possible loss or misuse when collecting or storing data that you may have provided to us, and to prevent any communication to unauthorized third parties.
However, despite these measures, the Internet remains an open system and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to circumvent the measures in question or use Your Personal Data for improper purposes. Consequently, the Bonifacio Municipal Tourist Office shall not be held liable in the event of fraudulent recovery of your data for any purpose whatsoever.

The Contact Forms
The user of the site who wishes to make a remark or an alert transmits the data. The information collected from this form is transmitted to the department in charge of managing the remarks on the website of the Bonifacio Municipal Tourist Office. The maximum period of storage of your data is 36 months.
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data and the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold in a structured electronic format (portability).
You also have a right to object on legitimate grounds to the processing of your personal data and a right to object to the use of your data for canvassing purposes, in particular for commercial purposes.

We undertake to respond to these requests within one month of receipt of the request. This deadline may be extended by two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests received.

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary and proportionate to the purpose for which it was collected, namely for a maximum period of 3 years from the last exchange you had with us and carried out at your initiative (connection to your account in particular).
Beyond the above-mentioned periods, your data will be anonymous for statistical purposes or purely deleted.
